• Program Development and Management--Researched, analyzed, developed and led more than a dozen new high-profile initiatives, programs, and projects.
  • Proposal Writing and Fundraising Strategies--Devised strategies and helped to raise more than a million dollars in funds from foundations, government, and private sector resources to support a variety of economic and community development initiatives for government and non-profit organizations.
  • Business Development--Created and managed a loan fund, microenterprise program, business retention program, and several resource guides to help small businesses grow.
