Lori Gillen has more than 25 years of experience in the field of economic and business development, working for government, foundations, non-profit organizations, and the private sector, throughout the Baltimore-Washington corridor, including: 

• Montgomery County Government,
  

• Downtown Partnership of Baltimore,
  

• Rockville Economic Development, Inc., 
  

• The Abell Foundation,
  

• International Economic Development Council, and
  

• Northeast-Midwest Institute. 
  

She has an MBA in Financial Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Urban Affairs from George Washington University.  She lives with her husband and two children in Rockville, Maryland.
